It is our goal to work with you in handling any actual or potential claims that occur.  It is important to understand when and how a claim needs to be reported, which is outlined in your policy.  If you have a claim, or are concerned about a potential claim, please  immediately for help, or consult your policy for further information contact us.

 

Reporting a Claim
In the event of claim or potential claim please consult your policy as to who to notify, and what information they will need, or contact us for help.  Generally speaking any details you have need to be forwarded to the insurance company, or company/law firm handling the claim, as soon as possible.  This includes any demands from the claimant, description of what happened and/or what they say happened, etc.  Please feel free to give us a call if you are unsure of how to proceed.
